If you receive a damaged product or find an item missing from your order, we will replace it promptly — provided you email us an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
We cannot accept any return or replacement requests if the unboxing video is shared after 24 hours. The video must be unedited and continuous (un-cut) to qualify for a replacement.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once an order is placed. However, in case of any damaged or missing items, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of issue. Replacements will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
Order cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped. Please ensure that your cancellation request includes a valid reason.
